- Wash the chives, shake them dry, and finely chop them. Combine the oil, cream, vinegar, and salt in a bowl and mix well with a whisk. Add the chopped chives. Pour the marinade over the salad, mix well, and serve.

Advice
Instead of vinegar, you can use lemon juice. Chives can be replaced with another herb (parsley, basil, thyme, etc.). Cream can be fully or partially replaced with yogurt. The marinade can be seasoned to taste with finely chopped onion, pepper, mustard, finely grated horseradish, or ketchup. The creamy dressing can also be used for a healthy snack.
