Creole-Style Chicken Sandwich
The base for this excellent sandwich is a chicken fillet with skin and a few slices of bread. All other ingredients depend on what can be found in the fridge.

3 spoons Oil, plant, sunflower

150 g Meat, chicken, breasts

0.5 teaspoons Spices, pepper, red or cayenne

50 g Cheese, Gorgonzola

1 spoon Mayonnaise

220 g Bread, wheat

Rub the chicken with spices, season with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a Teflon pan. Roast the chicken in the heated oil, skin side down first, for 5 minutes, until the skin becomes brown and crispy. Then flip it and roast for another 4 minutes on the other side. The chicken should be cooked but remain juicy. Wash the lemon and cut it in half. Drizzle the chicken with the juice of half a lemon.

In a bowl, mix gorgonzola and mayonnaise to create a smooth cream. Wash the tomato and lettuce. Cut the tomato in half. Peel the onion and slice it.

Assemble the sandwich: place the tomato, lettuce, and onion on the sliced bread and drizzle with the mayonnaise and gorgonzola mixture. Cover the sandwich with the top slice of bread. Enjoy it as hot as possible.
