Ingredients
Hazelnut butter
-
5 spoon Nuts, hazelnuts
-
1 bag Powdered sugar
-
0.5 teaspoons Spices, cinnamon, ground
-
1 spoon Honey
-
125 g Butter, unsalted
-
150 g Sugar, brown
-
100 g Oat bran, raw
-
1 pinch Salt, table
-
1 piece Egg, fresh
-
2 spoons Flour, Wheat, bread flour
Steps
-
Place a pan on the stove and toast the ground hazelnuts without any fat until they lightly brown. Stir the hazelnuts constantly to ensure they toast evenly. Let the toasted hazelnuts cool.
-
Prepare a large bowl and add the cooled ground hazelnuts, vanilla sugar, cinnamon, honey, and butter. Knead all the ingredients thoroughly until you get a uniform mixture.
-
Place a larger pot on the stove and melt the hazelnut mixture in it. Add cane sugar and oatmeal, and cook until the sugar is completely dissolved. Then remove the pot from the heat, cover it, and let it sit overnight.
-
The next day, preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Add salt, egg, and flour to the mixture in the pot and mix everything well. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and spoon small mounds of the mixture onto it, spacing them about 5 cm apart.
-
Flatten the mounds slightly with a spoon, then bake them in the middle of the oven for about 7 minutes until they brown and become crispy. Let the cookies cool, then arrange them on a plate and serve to your guests.
