Steps

Peel the potatoes, clean them, and rinse under running water. Cut them into thin sticks (about 5 mm thick and 7 cm long), place them in a bowl, and cover with very cold water. Let the potatoes soak in the water for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius. Line a low baking dish with baking paper. Grease the baking paper with one tablespoon of oil. Drain the potatoes well and dry them with a kitchen towel. Place the potatoes in a bowl. Season them with salt and drizzle with one tablespoon of oil. Mix well and spread them in a single layer on the prepared baking dish. Bake the potatoes in the preheated oven for 35 minutes.
