Dough

400 g Wheat flour, white, multi-purpose

150 g Powdered sugar

1 pinch Salt, table

200 g Butter, unsalted

1 piece Egg, fresh

2 spoons Milk, whole milk
Filling

400 g Sour cream

250 ml Sweet cream

120 g Sugar, white

1 bag Pudding, vanilla

2 piece Egg, fresh

pieces Lemon zest, fresh

250 g Blueberry, raw

1 teaspoon Koruzni škrob
Steps

First, prepare the dough. Mix flour, powdered sugar, and salt in a bowl. Add cold, cubed butter and work it into the dry ingredients until you get a sandy texture. Then add the beaten egg and milk, and quickly knead the dough.

Divide the dough into two parts, wrap each separately in plastic wrap. Place the first piece of dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, and the second piece in the freezer.

Take the cold dough out of the refrigerator and roll it out to the size of the baking dish (24 x 24 centimeters). Carefully transfer it to the baking dish.

Prepare the filling. Mix sour cream, sweet cream, sugar, lemon zest, pudding powder, and eggs together. You can also blend it in a blender and strain the mixture.

Add starch to the blueberries and mix well, so the starch coats all the berries.

Pour the filling over the rolled-out dough and sprinkle the blueberries on top. Take the second piece of dough from the freezer and grate it evenly (on larger holes) over the filling and blueberries, covering the entire surface.

Place the baking dish in the preheated oven at 170 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes. Once the pastry is baked, let it cool completely before cutting. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top and serve.
