Ingredients
Dough
-
15 dag Margarine
-
25 dag Wheat flour, white, multi-purpose
-
10 dag Walnuts
-
2 piece Egg, egg yolk, fresh
-
7 dag Powdered sugar
-
1 bag Vanilla, extract, natural
Posip
-
10 dag Powdered sugar
-
1 bag Vanilla, extract, natural
Steps
-
Cut the butter into pieces. Sift the flour into a larger bowl and crumble it with the butter pieces. Add the walnuts, egg yolk, and sugar, and quickly knead all the ingredients into a smooth, crumbly dough. Shape the dough into a ball, wrap it in foil, and place it in the refrigerator for one hour.
-
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Thoroughly clean and lightly flour the work surface. Roll the dough into a long log and cut it into equal pieces with the blunt side of a knife, shaping them into crescents. Place them on an ungreased baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes until they turn golden brown.
-
Let the baked crescents cool on the tray for at least 2 minutes. Mix the powdered sugar with vanilla sugar and place it in a separate bowl. Roll the baked crescents in the sugar mixture. Arrange them on a serving plate and serve.

Advice
Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at medium height. Instead of walnuts, you can use ground almonds.
