Steps

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius. Line a low baking tray with parchment paper.

Wash the zucchinis, dry them, and trim the ends. Cut them into sticks and dry them on a paper towel.

Prepare three deep bowls. In the first one, place flour. In the second, whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt, milk, and garlic powder. In the third, mix breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, chopped parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Coat the zucchini sticks first in flour, then dip them in the egg mixture, and finally roll them in the seasoned breadcrumbs.

Arrange the breaded sticks on the baking tray so they do not overlap, otherwise, they will steam and not become crispy. Lightly drizzle them with oil, then place the tray in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes. After 15 minutes of baking, flip the sticks to ensure they are crispy on both sides.
