Ingredients
-
160 g Oat bran, raw
-
70 g Peanut butter, smooth
-
80 g Honey
-
2 spoons Sugar, brown
Steps
-
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius. Pour the cereal into a large bowl. Place a saucepan with peanut butter, honey, and brown sugar on the stove. Heat over moderate heat while stirring until the sugar is completely dissolved and a smooth, liquid mixture forms.
-
Pour the hot mixture into the bowl with the cereal. Use a spoon or rubber spatula to mix well, ensuring the mixture is evenly distributed over the oats.
-
Line a baking tray with parchment paper and spread the cereal evenly on it. Place the tray in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, allowing the cereal to turn golden brown. Every 10 minutes, stir the cereal in the tray to prevent it from sticking together or burning.
-
Allow the granola to cool completely before use. Store it in tightly sealed containers or jars to keep it fresh.
