Ingredients

1 piece Sweet potato, unpeeled, fresh

2 cups Yogurt, plain, from skimmed milk

4 twig Mint

1 teaspoon Spices, cumin, seeds

1 pod Garlic, fresh
Steps

Wash the cucumber and scrub it under water. Then clean it and cut it in half. Wipe off excess liquid and cut the cucumber into small pieces. Wash the mint leaves under water, dry them, and finely chop them. Peel the garlic, wash it, press it with a knife, and finely chop it.

In a bowl, mix the yogurt, cucumber, cumin, mint, and garlic. Place the sauce in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to cool slightly, then serve.
