Ingredients
-
1 piece Sweet potato, unpeeled, fresh
-
180 g Cheese, creamy
-
2 pinch Spices, pepper, white
-
60 g Caviar, red and black
Steps
-
Wash the cucumber, cut off the ends, then slice it into thin strips using a wide vegetable peeler. The strips should be about 10 cm long, so trim any that are too long. Arrange the strips on a clean work surface.
-
Place the cheese spread in a small bowl, season it, and mix until smooth. At the beginning of each strip, place 1 heaping teaspoon of the cheese spread. Roll up the strips starting from the end with the cheese spread.
-
Stand the rolls upright on a serving plate and refrigerate for about half an hour.
-
Take the plate with the rolls out of the refrigerator and place half a teaspoon of caviar on top of each roll. Serve the prepared snacks.

Advice
If we have trouble with the rolls unraveling, we can tie a sprig of dill around each roll, which we have blanched with boiling water.
