  • 4.5 cl Alcohol, Whisky

  • 2 cl Syrup, chocolate

  • 1 piece Strawberries

  • 12 cl Juice, apple

Steps

  1. Chill a low glass well with ice and pour out any excess water. Clean the strawberry, wash it, and slice it thinly. Fill a shaker with ice and pour in the whiskey and almond syrup. Close the shaker and mix well.

  2. Pour the cocktail base into the chilled glass. Add the strawberry slices, pour in the apple juice, and gently stir with a spoon. Garnish the prepared cocktail with an apple slice, a strawberry, and a sprig of rosemary.
