Dandelion with Bacon

120 g Chicory, fresh

1 teaspoon Oil, olive

60 g Meat, pork, smoked bacon

1 pinch Salt, table

0.5 dl Vinegar, red wine

Clean the dandelion, wash it, and chop it. Cut the smoked bacon into smaller pieces. Place a pan on the stove and heat it well. Add oil and quickly fry the bacon in it. Remove the pan from the heat.

Place the dandelion in a larger bowl, lightly salt it, pour the fried bacon over it, and season with vinegar. Mix the salad well and serve.
