Ingredients

100 g Walnuts

100 g Nuts, Indian, roasted, unsalted

100 g Nuts, almonds, blanched

50 g Oat bran, raw

150 g Date, fresh or dried

100 g Dried plums

100 g Apricot, dry

2 spoons Sesame seeds, dried

2 spoons Cocoa, powdered, unsweetened

1 teaspoon Spices, cinnamon, ground

90 g Walnuts
Steps

In a pan, add coarsely chopped walnuts, cashews, and almonds. Place on the stove and heat over medium temperature, stirring occasionally, for 2 to 3 minutes, until the nuts are lightly toasted. Transfer the toasted nuts to a food processor (blender) and grind them finely.

Add oats, apricots, dates, prunes, sesame seeds, cocoa, cinnamon, and honey to the food processor. Mix the ingredients for another 2 to 3 minutes, or until you get a smooth and uniform mixture.

Divide the mixture into approximately 50 g pieces, and with wet hands, shape them into balls. Roll the balls in ground nuts.

The prepared balls can be served immediately or stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
