50 g Cranberries, dried

100 g chocolate, dark

Steps

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius. Grease a round baking pan with a hole in the center (for a bundt cake or potica, 25 cm in diameter) well with butter. Place the cranberries in a bowl and pour boiling water over them. Let them soak for 1 minute, then drain. Chop the chocolate into pieces.

In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cardamom. In a small container, mix the cocoa and coffee. Add hot water and mix well to form a smooth mixture, then stir in the vanilla extract.

In a larger bowl, whisk together the yogurt, milk, egg, egg white, and oil until smooth. First, mix in the cocoa mixture, then the dry ingredients. Finally, fold in the cranberries and chocolate pieces with a spatula or spoon.

Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and place it in the preheated oven for about 50 minutes. Bake the cake in the middle of the oven; it is done when a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean.

Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then invert it onto a wire rack and let it cool completely. Serve the cooled cake on a nice plate or platter, dust with powdered sugar, and enjoy.
