Ingredients
-
2 piece Egg, fresh
-
100 g Sugar, white
-
1 bag Sugar, white
-
100 g Butter, unsalted
-
1 teaspoon Lemon zest, fresh
-
350 g Flour, Wheat, bread flour
-
1 bag Baking powder
-
1 pinch Salt, table
-
0.25 teaspoons Spices, cinnamon, ground
-
3 pieces Apple, fresh
-
pieces Powdered sugar
Steps
-
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Line a baking tray with baking paper. In a bowl, sift the flour and mix it with sifted baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Wash and peel the apples. Cut them into pieces or coarsely grate them.
-
Beat the eggs until frothy with regular and vanilla sugar. Add the softened butter cut into pieces and mix until you get a light and uniform egg-butter mixture, into which you mix the lemon zest.
-
Reduce the speed of the mixer and slowly mix in the dry ingredients. Finally, fold the apples into the prepared mixture with a spatula.
-
Spoon the mixture in dollops onto the prepared baking tray (use a spoon to help). Leave a few centimeters of space between each dollop, as the cookies will spread slightly during baking. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
-
Remove the baked cookies from the oven and dust them with powdered sugar. Serve while still warm.
