pieces Meat, chicken, loaves
-
500 g Meat, chicken, thighs
-
200 g Cheese, mozzarella
-
180 g Sour cream
-
150 ml Sweet cream
-
1 pod Garlic, fresh
-
1 spoon Thyme, raw

Steps
-
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius. Peel the potatoes, wash them, and slice them into half-centimeter thick slices. Cook them in salted water for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, in a pan, dry-fry the bacon slices until crispy, then cut them into pieces.
-
Peel the onion, chop it into pieces, and sauté it in the same pan used for the bacon until golden brown.

Drain the potatoes and transfer them to a larger bowl along with the bacon and onion. Cut the leftover chicken into pieces, chop the parsley, and mince the garlic. Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl, reserving half of the mozzarella and bacon for later use. Mix everything together and transfer to a baking dish measuring 30 x 20 centimeters.
-
Bake the dish in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, then sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and bacon on top and bake for an additional 5 minutes. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving. Serve with a bowl of salad.
