Steps

Soak the gelatin in 0.5 dl of cold water for five minutes and pour the sparkling wine into a measuring cup.

Heat the remaining water in a pot until boiling, then remove from heat and thoroughly mix in the soaked gelatin. Pour this mixture into the cup with the sparkling wine, gently stir, and then pour into the glasses. Place the glasses in a pot so that they are tilted. Smaller glasses can be placed in a muffin tin and tilted. Refrigerate until the foam jelly is well set.

Soak a new packet of gelatin in 0.5 dl of water and prepare condensed milk in a measuring cup.
-
Heat the remaining water in a small pot until boiling. Remove from heat and thoroughly mix in the soaked gelatin, then pour this mixture into the condensed milk and mix well. Pour into the glasses, this time without tilting them. Refrigerate until the milk layer is well set.
-
Once the second layer is set, pour a little honey onto one saucer and sprinkle your chosen decoration onto another. Dip the edges of the glasses first into the honey, then into the decoration. Keep the prepared dessert in the refrigerator until serving.

Advice
You can also use gelatin sheets, using 6 sheets for each layer. The dessert can be served in glasses of any size, which is great for entertaining large groups. If using larger glasses (as in the photo), you should double the milk cream. Before preparing, find a suitable pot in which the glasses can be tilted appropriately. When the foam jelly is half set, you can add pearl candies for a decorative touch. Use a toothpick to help with this.
