Dessert with Yogurt and Mango
If you want to surprise your guests with a slightly different dessert, the two-toned dessert made from yogurt, sweet cream, and mango is definitely a good choice. Since the dessert doesnt need to be baked or cooked, you dont have to worry about it not turning out well.

Ingredients

2 piece Mango, fresh

25 g Powdered sugar

pieces Juice, lime

120 ml Sweet cream

120 ml Yogurt, plain, from whole milk

Wash and peel the mango. Cut the flesh away from the pit with a knife and dice it into small pieces. Place about 3/4 of the pieces into a food processor. Add half of the powdered sugar and lime juice, then blend everything until smooth (you can also use an immersion blender).

Whip the sweet cream together with the remaining powdered sugar using an electric mixer. Gently and slowly fold the yogurt into the whipped cream.

Prepare the glasses in which you will serve the dessert. Layer the yogurt and cream mixture alternately with the mango puree in the glasses. Finish with a layer of cream and yogurt, then top with the remaining mango pieces. Serve the prepared dessert immediately or chill it in the refrigerator.

Advice
Instead of Greek yogurt, you can also use regular yogurt, but Greek yogurt is thicker and creamier.
