Dressing

Steps

Thoroughly clean and wash the vegetables. Shred the cabbage and celery into thin slices, and coarsely grate the carrots. Place the chopped vegetables into a large bowl.

Rinse the parsley under running water, shake it well, and finely chop it. Add it to the bowl with the vegetables.

In a small bowl, prepare the dressing with grated ginger, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt. Pour the dressing over the ingredients in the bowl. Mix the salad well, sprinkle with seeds, and serve.

Advice
