Ingredients

0.5 dl Oil, vegetable oil, canola

150 g Corn, yellow, fresh

40 g Butter, unsalted

1 teaspoon Spices, pepper, red or cayenne

1 teaspoon Spices, paprika

2 teaspoons Salt, table
Steps

Place a large deep pan on the stove and pour in the oil. Once the oil is sufficiently heated, add the corn kernels and cover the pan. Wait a few minutes, and when you hear the kernels start to pop, shake the pan well several times to ensure all the kernels pop. When the popping stops, remove the pan from the heat and transfer the popcorn to a large bowl.

Add butter, cayenne pepper, paprika, and salt to the bowl. Toss or mix the popcorn well to evenly coat it with the seasonings, then serve.
