Ingredients
-
4 pieces Meat, chicken, thighs
-
2 spoons Sesame seeds, dried
Topping
-
1 piece Onion, young
-
1 pod Garlic, fresh
-
5 spoon Oil, olive
-
2 spoons Vinegar, red wine
-
2 spoons Ketchup
-
1 spoon Mustard
-
1 spoon Spices, chili powder
-
2 spoons Sugar, brown
-
1 pinch Spices, pepper, black
-
2 pinch Salt, table
Steps
-
Thoroughly wash the chicken thighs and dry them with paper towels. Peel the onion and cut it into four pieces, also peel the garlic clove. Place the onion and garlic in a multipractic and add oil, vinegar, ketchup, mustard, chili, and sugar. Add pepper and salt to taste, then blend everything together until you get a smooth mixture.
-
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius. Make 3 deep cuts into the thighs down to the bone, then place them in a shallow ovenproof dish. Pour the spicy sauce over them and sprinkle with a tablespoon of sesame seeds, then place the dish in the preheated oven. Bake the meat for about 40 minutes until well cooked.
-
Turn them once during baking and sprinkle with the remaining sesame seeds, basting them several times with the sauce. Once the thighs are baked, serve them on plates and offer them to guests with a suitable side dish.
