Ingredients
-
120 g Cheese, goat, soft
-
2 spoons Milk, whole milk
-
1 handful Nuts, hazelnuts
-
1 pinch Salt, table
-
15 pieces Apricot, dry
-
15 pieces Dried plums
-
10 pieces Figs, dry
-
2 teaspoons Honey
Steps
-
Finely chop the hazelnuts. In a bowl, thoroughly mash the goat cheese and milk with a fork to create a smooth and creamy mixture. Add a bit more milk if needed. Mix the chopped hazelnuts and a pinch of salt into the cream.
-
Arrange the dried fruit on a clean work surface. Gently open the prunes and apricots with your fingers to make them easier to stuff, and cut the tops off the figs. Stuff the fruit with the prepared cream (use a spoon to help). Cover the stuffed figs with their tops.
-
Arrange the stuffed fruit on a large plate or platter, drizzle with honey, and serve.

If desired, you can also use dates, and instead of hazelnuts, use almonds.
