Thoroughly wash the chives and tear them into smaller, varying lengths. Thoroughly wash the radishes, slice one into rounds, and save the rest. Cut the rounds in half to use for the lamb's ear. Shape the remaining radishes into a rose using a kitchen knife.

Spread cottage cheese on slices of whole-grain rye bread, shaping it to resemble a lamb. As shown in the photo, arrange the chives around the lamb, also forming the eyes and mouth with the chives. Use the halved radish rounds for the ear. Place the radish rose on the bread as well.
