Egg and Tomato Salad
A refreshing salad pairs perfectly with a boiled egg. Add some tomatoes and you have a complete meal, without the need for anything else.

500 g Salad, soft

4 pieces Egg, fresh

1 piece Bell pepper, yellow, fresh

3 pieces Tomato, red

3 pinch Salt, table

2 spoons Vinegar, apple

Steps

Bring water to a boil in a small pot and gently place 4 eggs into it. Cook them for 8 minutes to hard-boil the eggs. Wash the vegetables and dry them with a paper towel.

Tear the lettuce leaves into a bowl, slice the tomatoes, remove the seeds from the bell pepper and cut it into thin rings. Arrange the tomatoes and bell pepper over the lettuce. Cool the eggs in cold water, peel them, and slice them into rings. Place them over the salad, then season the salad with salt and vinegar, and drizzle with a little olive oil. Serve the prepared salad in bowls.
