Place a pot of salted water on the stove and bring it to a boil. Meanwhile, crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them with a fork. While beating, slowly add the flour to create a thick but still pourable batter.

Slowly pour the batter through a strainer into the boiling salted water. Let the dumplings cook for another 3 minutes, then drain them and add them to your homemade soup.

Advice
