6 spoon Mayonnaise

1 spoon Vinegar, red wine

Steps

Carefully place the eggs in a pot and cover them with cold water. There should be enough water to completely cover the eggs. Wait for the water to boil, then remove the pot from the heat and let the eggs sit in the water for another 10 to 12 minutes. Drain the eggs and cool them under cold running water.

Peel the eggs and cut them into smaller pieces, then place them in a larger bowl. In a smaller bowl, mix the mayonnaise, mustard, and vinegar. Pour the mixture over the eggs and gently mix everything together. Season the salad with pepper and salt to taste.

Transfer the prepared salad to a clean bowl and sprinkle paprika on top. Serve with bread or crackers.

Advice
You can also add various vegetables (green onions, leeks, bell peppers, celery) or herbs (thyme, parsley) to the salad. Instead of paprika, you can also use chili powder.
