Egg White Slices with Walnuts
Have you ever found yourself needing only egg yolks for a dessert and then wondering what to do with the egg whites? There are several options, as you can use them for macarons and meringues, but a great idea is also these quickly prepared slices to which I added walnuts, which you can substitute with other nuts if desired. The slices are topped with a cocoa glaze, and if you like chocolate desserts, you can also drizzle them with melted chocolate.
