100 g Walnuts

1 spoon Flaxseed

1 spoon Cocoa, powdered, unsweetened

1 spoon Syrup, maple

2 spoons Peanut butter, smooth

50 g Coconut, flakes

First, finely chop the walnuts with an electric chopper. Add raisins, ground flax seeds, agave syrup, almond butter, and cocoa powder. Mix the ingredients well to obtain a smooth and uniform mixture.

Sprinkle coconut flour on a shallow plate. With damp hands, form medium-sized balls (the size of a golf ball) from the prepared mixture and roll them in the coconut. Place the balls on a large plate or tray and refrigerate for 20 minutes to allow the balls to cool and firm up.
