Ingredients

Steps

Wash and dry the lettuce. Rinse the chicken fillets and bell pepper under running water, then dry the fillets with paper towels, remove the seeds from the bell pepper, and slice it into thin strips. Also, slice the meat into strips.

Wash and peel the mango. Peel and wash the onion. Cut the mango in half and remove the pit, then slice the flesh into thin strips. Slice the onion into pieces.

Place a medium-sized pan on the stove and heat the oil. Sear the chicken meat evenly on all sides and season it to taste with salt and pepper.

First, layer the tortillas with lettuce leaves, then distribute the meat, vegetables, and mango on top. Roll up the tortillas, serve them on plates, and present them to your guests.
