Ingredients
-
4 cup Beans, grains
-
2 piece Onion, raw
-
3 pods Garlic, fresh
-
400 g Meat, pork, smoked bacon
-
200 g Meat, pork, smoked bacon
-
200 g Dry salami, paprika
-
200 g Blood sausage
-
1 spoon Spices, paprika
-
1 teaspoon Saffron, dry
-
1 teaspoon Salt, table
-
2 pinch Spices, pepper, black
Steps
-
Drain the beans and place them in a pot. Peel, wash, and chop the onion and garlic, add them to the pot, and mix well. Place the cured ham in the pot and add enough water to cover all the ingredients. Place the pot on the stove and bring to a boil.
-
Once the water boils, reduce the heat and simmer the beans on low heat for 1 hour. Skim off any foam that forms during cooking. Add the ham and cook for another 45 minutes. Prick the sausages and blood sausages with a toothpick and add them to the pot. Season with paprika, saffron, and salt, and cook for another 30 minutes.
-
Remove the meat from the pot and cut it into bite-sized pieces, then return it to the pot. Mix everything well, add pepper, and cook for another 5 minutes. Serve in bowls or plates and enjoy.
