Ingredients
-
90 ml Tomato, concentrate, without salt
-
200 g Cheese, mozzarella
-
100 g Spinach, raw
-
5 pieces Artichoke
-
70 g Meat, pork, smoked bacon
-
2 teaspoons Spices, oregano, dried
dough
-
250 g Wheat flour, white, multi-purpose
-
0.5 teaspoons Yeast, dry
-
2 pinch Salt, table
-
175 ml Water
-
1 spoon Oil, olive
Steps
-
Sift the flour onto a wooden surface and make a well in the center. Sprinkle salt and yeast around the edges of the flour, then pour lukewarm water and oil into the well. Knead all the ingredients well to form a soft dough that should not be sticky. If the dough is too dry, add a little more water; if it's too sticky, sprinkle it with a bit more flour. Place the kneaded dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a cloth, and let it rise for 1 hour.
-
Transfer the risen dough onto a lightly floured work surface and knead it for 2-3 minutes, then roll it out to 1 cm thickness. Pinch the edges with your fingers to form a border. Place the dough on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Spread tomato sauce over the dough and sprinkle evenly with oregano.
-
Preheat the oven to 220°C. Wash, clean, and dry the spinach. Cut it into strips and spread them evenly over the tomato sauce. Wash and clean the artichokes, removing all the outer tough leaves so only the tender hearts remain. Halve the hearts and distribute them over the pizza. Cut the bacon into smaller pieces and spread them over the pizza. Cut the mozzarella into cubes and scatter them over the pizza.
-
Place the prepared pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 12 minutes until the crust turns golden brown. Cut the baked pizza into slices and serve.
