Fettuccine with Alfredo Sauce and Truffles

500 g Pasta, noodles, fresh

55 g Butter, unsalted

80 g Mushrooms, oyster

230 ml Sweet cream

1 pod Garlic, fresh

150 g Cheese, Parmesan, grated

1 twig Parsley, fresh

0.5 teaspoons Salt, table

1 pinch Spices, pepper, white

Peel the garlic, crush it with a knife, and finely chop. Wash the parsley, dry it, and finely chop. Place a tall pot with salted water on the stove and bring it to a boil. Add the pasta to the boiling water and cook for eight to ten minutes. Drain the cooked pasta well and keep it warm.

While the pasta is cooking, place a pan on the stove and melt the butter. Add the heavy cream and cook at moderate heat for about 3 minutes. Add the chopped garlic and parsley and stir. Add the Parmesan cheese and cook for another 5 minutes while stirring constantly. Remove the pan from the heat and shave the truffle over the sauce. Mix everything well and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Distribute the pasta onto plates and pour the sauce over it. Serve immediately.
