Steps

Thoroughly clean, wash, and dry the arugula, radicchio, and endive. Tear the radicchio leaves into pieces of any size. Slice the prosciutto into thin, long strips. Thoroughly wash the figs and cut them into halves. In a small bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, honey, mustard, salt, and oil. Mix until the salt dissolves.

Arrange the arugula, radicchio, and endive on deep plates. Add the prosciutto slices and figs. Mix the ingredients well, drizzle with the prepared dressing, and sprinkle with pine nuts. Serve the prepared salad.
