Place the goat cheese in a small bowl and add honey. Mix everything with a fork until you get a smooth paste. Place the hazelnuts on a wooden board and roughly chop them with a sharp knife.

Make two cuts in the fresh figs with a sharp knife to create quarters that are still attached at the bottom. Be careful not to make the cuts too deep! Gently open each fig with your fingers and fill the center with the prepared mixture of cheese and honey. Arrange the stuffed figs on a serving plate and sprinkle with the roughly chopped hazelnuts. The appetizer is ready to serve.
