Ingredients
-
120 g Bread, wheat
-
80 g Fish, white fish
-
1 piece Salad, ice
-
1 teaspoon Mayonnaise
-
1 piece Onion, raw
-
1 piece Tomato, red
-
2 slices Cheese, edamame

2 spoons Oil, plant, sunflower
Steps

Cut the bun in half and place a pan with oil on the stove. In the hot oil, fry the fish sticks on both sides until they turn golden brown. Remove the pan from the heat, use a slotted spoon to take the fish sticks out of the oil, and place them on a paper towel to absorb excess fat. Wash the lettuce leaves and tear them into smaller pieces. Wash the tomato, peel the onion, and slice both into rings.
-
Spread a spoonful of mayonnaise on the bottom half of the bun, then place a few lettuce leaves and some onion rings on top. Place the fish sticks on the onion, add tomato slices and two slices of cheese. Cover with the top half of the bun, press it together, and serve the burger.
