4 spoon Breadcrumbs, dried

Steps

Wash the fish fillets and pat them dry, then cut them into small pieces.

Place the garlic, parsley, and fish pieces into a food processor, add the remaining herbs and beaten eggs.

Add breadcrumbs to the mixture, season with salt and pepper, and mix everything together with a spoon or your hands. Transfer to a bowl and shape the croquettes by rolling them between your hands to form cylinders.

Prepare a pan with oil. Roll the croquettes in cornmeal and fry them in hot oil until golden brown. After frying, place them on paper towels to drain.

Advice
