4 pieces Fish, white fish

0.5 cups Coconut, flakes

2 piece Egg, fresh

1 cup Nuts, almonds

Prepare three plates: two shallow and one deep. In the deep plate, crack the eggs and whisk them with a fork. On one shallow plate, spread the coconut flour, and on the other, spread the almond flour.

If necessary, rinse the fish fillets under running water and dry them thoroughly with paper towels. First, coat them in the coconut flour, then dip them in the whisked eggs, and finally coat them in the almond flour.

The breaded fish fillets can be cooked in two ways: 1. In the oven, preheated to 180 degrees Celsius, for 10 to 15 minutes. 2. In a pan with olive oil or coconut fat. Cook until they are nicely golden brown on both sides.

Serve the cooked fillets on plates and offer them with a chosen side dish and (optional) sauce.
