Ingredients
-
4 pieces Fish, white fish
-
0.5 piece Caraway, fresh
-
pieces Rosemary, fresh
-
1 handful Nuts, almonds
-
1 piece Lemon, fresh, without shell
-
4 pods Garlic, fresh
-
pieces Alcohol, Wine, White
-
pieces Salt, table
Steps
-
Rinse the fish fillets under running water and dry them well with paper towels. If necessary, remove any bones with tweezers. Wash the lemon and fennel. Cut the lemon into four pieces and slice the fennel.
-
Prepare four larger rectangular pieces of aluminum foil. Place one fish fillet in the center of each piece and arrange the remaining ingredients around it. You don’t need to peel the garlic, just press it firmly with a knife and place it in the foil. Pour lemon juice over the fish and other ingredients, and add the lemon peel to cook along with the fish. Season with pepper and salt to taste, then fold the edges of the foil together and seal tightly to create four closed packets.
-
Place the packets on a larger baking tray and put it in the oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius. Bake the fillets for about 15 minutes. Once baked, serve them immediately, placing the packets directly on the plates as they were prepared.

Advice
When opening the foil packets, be careful not to burn yourself with the hot steam. Instead of white fish fillets, you can use salmon fillets (bake them for more than 15 minutes).
