Ingredients
-
600 g Fish, white fish
-
600 g Fish, salmon
-
600 g Fish, swordfish
-
2 teaspoons Salt, table
-
1 teaspoon Spices, pepper, black
-
0.5 dl Juice, lemon
-
0.5 dl Oil, olive
-
4 pods Garlic, fresh
-
1 piece Bell pepper, red, fresh
-
1 piece Bell pepper, yellow, fresh
-
0.5 bouquet Thyme, raw
-
2 dl Sweet cream
-
1 dl Water
-
1 piece Lemon, fresh, without shell
-
1 piece Lime, fresh
Steps
-
Rinse the cleaned fish fillets under running water and dry them with a paper towel. Rub all the fillets well with salt, lightly pepper them, and drizzle with lemon juice. Cut them into smaller pieces and place them in a bowl.
-
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Grease a deep rectangular baking dish with olive oil and arrange the fish fillets in it so that the skin touches the bottom of the dish. Peel the garlic, chop it, and sprinkle it over the fillets in the dish. Bake the fillets in the preheated oven for 7 minutes, then flip them and bake for another 5 minutes.
-
Meanwhile, rinse the red and yellow bell peppers, remove the seeds, and finely chop them. Rinse, shake off, and chop the parsley as well. Take the baking dish out of the oven, flip the fillets, and sprinkle them with the peppers and parsley. Pour cooking cream over them, add a little water, and return the dish to the oven for another 10 minutes.
-
Rinse the lemon and lime and cut them into thin slices. Garnish the baked fish with the slices and serve directly from the baking dish.

Advice
Fish also pairs excellently with a piece of homemade bread. Instead of sweet cream, you can pour a glass of white wine (1 dl) over the fish. You can also season the fish with basil or rosemary if desired.
