Fish Skewers with Orange

500 g Fish, white fish

0.5 teaspoons Salt, table

Steps

Rinse the monkfish fillets and dry them with a paper towel. Cut them into pieces of desired size and season with salt and pepper. Peel the oranges and remove all the membranes and skins. Carefully cut the slices from the inner skin with a knife.

Alternately thread the pieces of monkfish and orange slices onto the skewers. Prepare the grill and oil the grate. When the grill is hot enough, place the skewers on the grate and cook them for about 5 minutes on each side until the meat is nicely browned, then place them on plates. Sprinkle the skewers with raisins and chopped pistachios.
