30 g Butter, unsalted

400 g cherries, compote

1 spoon Sugar, white

2.5 cl Alcohol, Liqueur, Crème de Menthe

5 cl Alcohol, Liqueur, Crème de Menthe

450 ml Ice cream, vanilla
Steps

In a small cup, melt the butter. Then add sugar and lightly caramelize it while stirring. Add 4 tablespoons of fruit juice and the drained fruit, and mix everything well. Wait for just under a minute to let the fruit warm up, then remove the cup from the heat.

Scoop the ice cream onto dessert plates and top it with the fruit and liquid from the cup. Heat the alcohol in a ladle over a flame, ignite it, and pour it over the ice cream. Serve the prepared dessert immediately.
