400 g Pasta, spaghetti, spinach

Prepare the pesto in advance. Bring about 1.5 liters of water to a boil in a pot and add salt. Add the spaghetti to the boiling water and cook for the exact time indicated on the package. In a large bowl, mix half of the pesto with two tablespoons of the pasta cooking water. Drain the cooked pasta well.

Transfer the drained spaghetti to the bowl and mix well. Then add the remaining Genovese sauce and season with salt to taste. Mix thoroughly again, serve in plates, and offer to your guests.
