Flat Spaghetti with Salmon

Ingredients

400 g Pasta, spaghetti, whole grain

300 g Fish, salmon

2 spoons Lemon, fresh, without shell

3 pieces Shallot

2 spoons Butter, unsalted

200 ml Sweet cream, partially skimmed

3 pinch Salt, table

2 pinch Spices, pepper, white
Steps

Cut the salmon into smaller pieces and place them in a small bowl. Pour lemon juice over the salmon, cover the bowl, and refrigerate for 10 minutes. Peel and finely chop the shallots.

Place a pot with a generous amount of salted water on the stove and wait for it to boil. Then add the spaghetti to the boiling water and cook it for the time indicated on the packaging.

Heat butter in a pan and sauté the shallots. Add cream and season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for 10 minutes over moderate heat until about half of the sauce has reduced.

Once the spaghetti is cooked, drain it well, cover, and keep it warm. Add the salmon pieces and lemon juice to the sauce, stir, and cook for an additional 3 minutes.

Serve the spaghetti in deep plates and pour the prepared sauce over it. Garnish the dish with fresh herbs if desired and serve.
