Flat Spaghetti with Seafood

400 g Pasta, spaghetti, spinach

400 g Fish, lobster, fresh

5 spoon Oil, olive

3 pods Garlic, fresh

2 pinch Salt, table

1 piece Tomato sauce, without salt

Peel and finely chop the garlic. Place a pan on the stove, heat the oil, and sauté the garlic until fragrant. Add the seafood, season with salt to taste, and mix well. Pour in the tomato sauce and simmer on moderate heat for about 10 minutes until the seafood softens.

Meanwhile, place a large pot with a liter of salted water on the stove. Once the water boils, add the spaghetti and cook for the time indicated on the package. Drain the cooked spaghetti well and toss it into the sauce. Mix the spaghetti and seafood thoroughly, serve in bowls, and enjoy.

Advice
If using frozen seafood, take it out of the freezer at least half an hour before use. You can also add a bit of white wine to the sauce if desired.
