Ingredients
Dough
-
500 g Flour, Wheat, bread flour
-
1 bag Yeast, dry
-
1 teaspoon Salt, table
-
200 ml Milk, whole milk
-
150 g Butter, unsalted
-
180 g Sour cream
-
2 piece Egg, fresh
-
180 g Sour cream
-
2 piece Onion, young
-
200 g Meat, pork, smoked bacon
-
pieces Salt, table
-
200 g Cheese, Brie
Steps
-
In a bowl, combine the flour with salt and yeast. Make a well in the center. In a separate container, gently heat the milk and melt the butter in it.
-
Pour the mixture of milk and butter into the well, and add sour cream. Mix everything together until you get a wet and sticky dough. Transfer it to a floured work surface and knead until it becomes smooth, soft, and elastic. Add a little more flour if necessary. Place the kneaded dough in a bowl, cover it with a cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 60 minutes.
-
While the dough is rising, prepare the filling. Peel, wash, and slice the onions into rings. Cut the bacon into pieces. In a bowl, beat the eggs and whisk them. Mix them with sour cream, green onions, bacon, salt, and pepper.
-
Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F). Roll out the risen dough and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread the prepared filling over it, then arrange slices of Brie cheese on top. Bake the flatbread in the preheated oven for 45 minutes.
