Steps

In a glass, prepare a mixture of water, olive oil, and salt.

Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water and add a little oil. Sift the flour onto a board and make a well in the center. Pour the yeast mixture into the well and slowly incorporate the flour. Add salt and knead the dough well for at least ten minutes. Shape the dough into a loaf, cover it with a cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 45 minutes.

Grease a spacious and shallow baking dish with olive oil. Roll out the dough on a floured board and transfer it to the baking dish. Poke the dough with your fingers and moisten it with the mixture of water, oil, and salt.

Let the focaccia rise for another 30 to 40 minutes, sprinkle with rosemary leaves, and bake in a preheated oven at 250 degrees for about 20 minutes.
