French Salad with Fried Chicken Drumsticks
A classic that we like to treat ourselves to for Sunday lunch, it is also popular at various December gatherings and parties. To make the French salad really good, prepare the mayonnaise yourself, and when frying the chicken drumsticks, make sure the meat is well cooked.

Ingredients
Chicken thighs

4 pieces Meat, chicken, loaves

40 g Flour, Wheat, bread flour

1 piece Egg, fresh

50 g Breadcrumbs, dried
French salad

150 g Potatoes, white

150 g Carrot, fresh

150 g Beans, fresh

Mayonnaise

1 piece Egg, egg yolk, fresh

0.5 teaspoons Mustard

1 spoon Juice, lemon

160 ml Oil, vegetable oil, canola
Steps

Peel and wash the potatoes and carrots. Cut them into cubes and cook them separately in salted water. Towards the end of cooking the carrots, add the peas to the pot (be careful not to overcook the vegetables!).

Boil the eggs, and pour oil into the fryer and heat it to 150 degrees Celsius.

Coat the seasoned chicken drumsticks in flour, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs. Fry them in the heated oil for about 18 minutes.

Cut the cucumbers into cubes. Drain the cooked vegetables and rinse them with cold water. Let them drain well, then transfer them to a bowl. Cool the boiled eggs.

Make mayonnaise from egg yolk, mustard, salt, pepper, oil, and lemon juice.

Peel the eggs and cut them into pieces, then mix them with the cooked vegetables. Add the cucumbers and mayonnaise. Season the salad if needed and serve it with the fried chicken drumsticks.
