Ingredients

4 pieces Egg, fresh

2 dl Milk, whole milk

2 teaspoons Spices, cinnamon, ground

8 slice Bread, wheat

80 g Butter, unsalted

1.5 dl Syrup, maple
Steps

Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them well with a fork or whisk. In another bowl, pour the milk and mix it with cinnamon. Dip the bread slices first in the milk, then coat them in the egg mixture.

Place a pan on the stove, add half the amount of butter, and melt it. In the heated butter, fry the bread slices until golden brown on both sides.

Arrange the slices on plates, drizzle them with maple syrup, add the remaining butter cut into pieces, and serve hot.
