120 ml Coconut milk

120 ml Milk, whole milk

4 pieces Egg, fresh

2 spoons Wheat flour, white, multi-purpose

1 spoon Sugar, white

0.25 teaspoons Baking powder

10 slice Bread, wheat

50 g Oil, plant, coconut

2 spoons Coconut, flakes

In a bowl, whisk together milk, coconut milk, eggs, flour, sugar, and baking soda with a hand whisk. Mix until the sugar dissolves and a smooth batter without lumps forms.

Place a pan on the stove, add half the amount of butter, and melt it. Dip the bread slices into the prepared egg batter and place them in the hot pan. Cook over moderate heat until the bottom side turns golden brown, then carefully flip them with a spatula and cook the other side. Transfer the cooked slices to a plate, melt the remaining butter in the pan, and cook the remaining slices.

Serve the cooked slices on a large plate or platter, sprinkle with coconut flour, and serve.
