Fresh Apple Strudel
The author of the recipe, Savina Atai, has interestingly named this fresh dessert the "Strudel of Immortality". The dessert is gluten-free and contains no white sugar, with a finishing touch of cream with goji berries.

300 g Nuts, almonds

3 spoons Sugar, brown

Steps

Finely grind the almonds. Place them in a bowl and mix with the other ingredients for the dough. Knead the ingredients well with your hands to form a uniform dough, then place it on baking paper and roll it out as thinly as possible.

Grate the apples and squeeze them well. Sprinkle them evenly over the dough. Add lemon juice, cinnamon, cherries, and quark. Carefully roll everything into a roll and place it in the refrigerator for about an hour.

Whip the sweet cream until stiff and mix it with (soaked) goji berries. Slice the chilled roll into pieces of desired thickness, serve on plates, garnish with whipped cream, and enjoy.
